About Us

North Brandon Ridge is a covenanted community located in Rankin County, proudly within the Brandon school district and part of the greater North Brandon Estates Subdivision.  We are dedicated to providing North Brandon Ridge Homeowners Association members general information about the neighborhood and ongoing activities.

Located a short drive from downtown Brandon and Flowood, North Brandon Estates enjoys a wonderful mix of country life without sacrificing convenience.  With amenities such as fishing for bass or crappie in our 30 acre lake and a community park and walking trail, we're proud to call this our home.

The Association Board of Directors along with its supporting staff are all volunteers and current residents of the neighborhood.  The Association exists solely for the purpose of enforcing the protective covenants set forth in the bylaws, maintaining and improving neighborhood amenities, and addressing the neighborhood concerns brought forth by association members.  Please contact one of our board members or staff members if you would like to volunteer or have suggestions on areas of improvements.  We look forward to the opportunity of serving our members and improving our community.

Dear Neighbors:
We have been receiving complaints from residents about covenant violations.  In an effort to
address some of these issues before having to resort writing individual letters and setting
deadlines for compliance, we would like to remind you of some of the most common concerns
we are hearing about.
o Trailers - Residents are allowed to have utility trailers in their driveway.  Residents are
not allowed to have camper trailers or cargo (enclosed) trailers in their driveway or
visible from the street or visible to their neighbors. Covenant 6.14 and 6.24
o Mailboxes - Residents are required to only have brick or wrought iron
mailboxes.  Residents of Ashley Park are required to have a wrought iron mailbox with a
pineapple design at the top.  You may refer to the welcome page if you need additional
details.  Covenant 6.39
o Construction materials or debris which is visible from the street or to your
neighbors.  Covenant 6.05
o Maintenance of yards, which includes mowing grass, weeds, and vegetation.  Dead trees
and bushes should be removed and replaced.  We know that this is a neighborhood wide
issue after last summer’s drought.  Covenant 6.10
o Operation of a business out of a residence. Residents may have an office in the home,
but may not run a business out of their home. Covenant 6.01, 6.02 and 6.20.
We wanted everyone to have the opportunity to address these issues prior to December 31, 2024,
after that date violations may result in HOA Board intervention.
Please make sure you are registered on northbrandonridge.com and your email address is
up-to-date. Penalties and interest began to apply to FY2025 past due assessments
